Attorney's Bar in collaboration with Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad (MNLU) is organizing a, "4-DAY NATIONAL WORKSHOP ON MEDIATION", for which we also have on board the Indian institute of arbitration & Mediation (IIAM). We cordially invite you to attend the workshop.
ABOUT THE 4 Day WORKSHOP:
The workshop is aimed at giving budding law students an insight into the technicalities and practicalities of Mediation. IIAM also provides training programs that allow you to accredit and impanel yourself in different countries. Through a brief span of 4 days, a deep insight will be shared, throwing light on the significance of Mediation. From an introduction to Mediation, to what happens in a Mediation session, to an actual mock demonstration to finally gaining an understanding of practical implementation, the power-packed session would be enough to provide in-depth knowledge. The workshop will be a beneficial addition to one's list of experiences. We look forward to conducting a successful workshop and contributing our few cents to the fraternity.

Day 1: "Introduction to Mediation"
Day 2: "How a National-Level Mediation Goes On"
Day 3: "Mock Demonstration" Day 4: "Let's Wrap Up"
REGISTRATION FEE DETAILS: Last date of Registration is 25 March 2023
The registration fee for the workshop will be INR 400/- per individual.
Workshop Dates: 26-29 March, 2023 ELIGIBILITY: Open to all, including, students of law. Participants will be allowed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Only registered participants will be allowed in the meeting.
